Co-owners Matthew and Bruce combine construction management with hands-on field experience to lead Coastal’s projects from planning through completion.

Matthew Marquis

Matthew Marquis

Project Management & Field Operations

Matthew brings more than a decade of residential and commercial construction experience across five states. His background combines field supervision, operations and sales management, remodeling, and Pella and Andersen window and door systems. He brings hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, custom doors, and multi-state permitting.

Working alongside Bruce, he leads estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field operations, helping customers move from initial planning through inspections and closeout.

Bruce Colwell

Operations Management & Sales Consulting

Bruce brings more than 15 years of experience in building materials, home improvement, business leadership, and hands-on construction, with a strong residential and commercial roofing background. His career includes general management, sales training, and consulting for a national remodeling company, plus roles with ABC Supply, Stoneway Roofing Supply, and BMC West.

Working alongside Matthew, he leads customer consultation, estimating, purchasing, and field execution, helping customers make informed decisions from planning through completion.

John Marquis

John Marquis

Senior Construction Consultant

Commercial Development & Installation Management

John brings more than 35 years of construction production management experience, regularly overseeing $2–3 million projects throughout his career. He advises Coastal on commercial development, carpentry, windows and doors, and specialized installations. His background includes Andersen installation training and certifications, with experience in motorized bi-folding and multi-slide door systems.

Nicholas Marquis

HVAC Technical Consultant

Nicholas brings more than 10 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience in service and installation. He advises Coastal on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, contributing practical knowledge of how systems are installed, maintained, and repaired throughout project planning and construction.

Emily Seabolt

Accounting & Administration

Emily brings more than 15 years of administration and accounting experience with small businesses and national firms, including Forvis and Eide Bailly. She supports Coastal’s accounting, invoicing, certified payroll submissions, and project records, bringing structure and attention to detail to daily operations.

Nolan brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience, spanning home foundations, bridges, and roads. He advises Coastal on foundations, drainage, and water management, helping the team evaluate site conditions and plan practical solutions.

Jared Cowdrey

Engineering & Planning Consultant

Jared, owner of Cowdrey Engineering, is a licensed Oklahoma professional engineer with more than 12 years of design and repair experience. He supports Coastal with structural engineering, detailed project planning, and permitting coordination for residential and commercial work.

Angelique Critz

Sales Training & Marketing Consultant

Angelique, owner of Majestic Custom Cabinetry, brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. She supports Coastal as a sales trainer and consultant, helping the team strengthen customer communication, refine its marketing, and guide homeowners through project decisions.

Additions & New Construction Consultant

Joseph brings 35 years of experience in additions and new construction. He advises Coastal on project planning and execution, drawing on a hands-on understanding of installation, field conditions, and how buildings come together from the ground up.

Commercial & Federal Construction Consultant

James brings a lifetime of commercial and federal construction experience across multiple trades. He advises Coastal on practical construction details, contributing field knowledge that helps the team anticipate installation challenges and connect project plans with the realities of the jobsite.
