SPECIALTY TRADE COORDINATION
HVAC
Coordinate HVAC assessment, repair or replacement with a specialist using the home’s actual loads, layout and existing distribution. Compare equipment approaches after duct condition, electrical supply and installation locations are reviewed.
Identify the system, location, fixtures or affected area. Provide reports and plans if available. Specialist diagnosis and technical sizing remain with the appropriate professional.
Typical scope to confirm
Document rooms served, comfort concerns and existing equipment
Coordinate sizing, distribution and equipment-location assessment

SCOPE-SPECIFIC PRICING
Your scope sets the price.
HVAC assessment followed by a model- and capacity-specific scope. A numeric range is withheld until the scope and relevant costs are known.
A planning reference for this service only. Selections, local labor, access, quantities and existing conditions need Coastal’s review. Do not add overlapping whole-project and component ranges.
Electrical service changes or structural openings unless listed

Work on site
1–5 working days after design and equipment readiness
Illustrative planning allowance for the stated scope, not a promised start or completion date. On-site time starts after approvals and materials are ready; procurement, inspection waits, curing and discoveries can extend the calendar.

PERMIT PLANNING
Check the scope and jurisdiction
New or altered electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems need permit review. Edmond lists limited minor-repair exceptions; OKC directs permitted trade work through licensed, registered contractors.
New circuits, relocated fixtures or altered piping
New or altered heating, cooling, gas or exhaust systems
Changes beyond the local minor-repair exemption
ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Engineering is not usually needed
Routine replacement within an existing system does not usually need a separate engineering design. The licensed specialist must confirm sizing, compatibility and whether the actual change needs additional design review.
Unusual loads, system capacity or structural support
A design requested by the reviewing authority
Confirm requirements with the city or county responsible for the property before work begins. The address, exact scope and adopted code determine the final requirements.
Indoor-unit and grille appearance depend on the approved system. Review model-specific images; do not paint or modify equipment surfaces without manufacturer approval.
